PLEASE NOTE: This resource MUST work onsite between standard business hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm. How the 16 hours are spread out over the week can be negotiated with the manager and the resource.
Develop, document and support standardized and/or customized reports according to operations and departmental needs. The will be a part time position (16hrs/week).
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
" Understanding of a wide range of interpretive analysis tools (e.g. trend analysis, spreadsheets, comparisons, graphs, summary versus detail charts, drill down, correlations, exception analysis)
" Ability to question and verify data quality in reports.
" Analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills.
" Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical people
" Developing requirements and delivering projects in a direct working relationship with clinicians, end-users and stakeholders.
" Developing complex SQL scripts, views, and stored procedures
" SQL data queries, tuning and data profiling
" Maintains a working knowledge of, and adheres to applicable federal/state regulations including but not limited to, laws related to patient confidentiality, release of information, and HIPAA.
" Three or more years of child safety data experience or SQL reporting experience as detailed above.
" Must be able to research data issues and/or problems.
" Knowledge and/or experience in HIPAA/Security guidelines.
" Advanced knowledge of company supported applications.
" Ability to learn and support new applications.
" Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
" SQL Database knowledge and SSRS preferred.
" MS Access preferred
" SQL database: 1 year (Preferred)
" SSRS: 1 year (Preferred)
